Join us at our new summer Perfect Pilates classes. (you can also use your class pass to book Sunday morning Pilates class - beginning 10 May) What makes this Perfect Pilates Class so Special? 💜 classes are taught in our boutique studio wilth high spec mats and small Pilates equipment provided (just bring yourself, a form of hydration and your motivation to move 😊 💜 Our classes are female only 💜 Our Class size will always be only 8 mat spaces 💜 At Perfect Pilates our sessions are personally guided by Brenda, - a certified Pilates instructor, - a qualified menopause coach, - a certified Pilates for Endometriosis teacher - a Breast Cancer Exercise Rehab specialist. - A Certified Pilates and Mindfulness Teacher 💜 Perfect Pilates is a private space where you can practice Pilates in a camera/phone free studio.
