🌸 A SPECIAL EVENING FOR YOU 🌸 Perimenopause & Menopause Pilates Evening If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, this is an evening created especially with you in mind. 💕 Come along for a relaxed, supportive and uplifting evening where we’ll move, connect, learn a little about caring for our changing bodies — and enjoy some time together. ✨ Your evening will include: 🧘‍♀️ 1 hour of Pilates with Brenda, owner of Perfect Pilates, focusing on movement and exercise that can support you through menopause. 💪 We’ll work on bone health, muscle strength, core strength and balance, incorporating light weights and mindful movement. 🌿 Time to unwind and connect with other women in a welcoming, friendly environment. 🥂 Healthy sparkling juices & nutritious treats to enjoy after the class while we chat and relax. Meet your instructor — Brenda 💕 Brenda is a qualified Menopause Coach and certified Mat Pilates teacher, as well as being certified in Pilates for Endometriosis, Breast Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation, and Pilates & Mindfulness.
